My Valley Vegan is a vegan lifestyle blog created for Vegans and Non- vegans alike. It is for anyone wanting to know more about a plant based diet. I started out cooking for my Millennial son over 5 years ago. He has educated our family about the many benefits of incorporating more plants in our diet. He has studied Nutrition and Exercise Science and has made us more aware of the health benefits, such as, preventing certain diseases. I am still cooking a mostly Vegan diet. I do consider myself a Flexatarian because that is what works for me. The purpose of this blog is to share recipes, tips and benefits of a plant based diet. It is for anyone who is Vegan, Non- Vegan or have a Vegan in your life! I call myself “Vegan Curious” and I hope you will come along on this Vegan journey with me to “MY VALLEY VEGAN”.
I will share Vegan recipes, tips, information on plant based diets and provide news and information on where to dine out nationally and locally.
