2 Cups fresh or canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Hot Italian pepper and/or 1 Habanero pepper finely chopped
1 Bunch fresh cilantro chopped
1 Dash Cayenne pepper
1 dash black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tabs Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lime or Lemon
Mix all together and serve fresh with your favorite tortilla chips.
