It’s 2020 a time for a new vision and a new you. Let’s gear up for a more plant based diet. The benefits will amaze you. Not only will you look and feel better, but if you go on a plant based you could be healthier and maybe drop a few pounds. I lost 15lbs total so far by just incorporating more plants in my diet.
I began this journey cooking for my vegan son and decided to go vegan for a year and in the first six months, with exercise that is; my doctor cut my blood pressure medications by half. And within a year I am now off all blood pressure medications. I stated before that I consider myself a Flexitarian but the more and more I stay away from meat, dairy and the inflammation causing animal products the better I look and feel. In fact, my arthritis never acts up when I eat totally vegan! And I often think about less animal cruelty.
Come along with me on this new age journey and become Vegan Curious with me. We can explore and learn together this new way of eating and living without animal products. Not only will you reap the benefits but it will transfer to human society, the plant and animal kingdom as well. We can all grow a little greener!
